How do I test my fuel at fuel stations?

What possible quality tests and quantity measuring tests we can ask to petrol pumps legally and what steps we can take, if they reject the request?
Also if not specific to petrol pump, any real-world experience related to the same concern of fuel quantity/quality problems, that you can share which can help to avoid such issues.

I would recommend fill petrol from the stations not older than 5 years,
Once in month fill shell V power when you drive aggressive.
I always personally fill shell V power everytime cause its cheaper in long run.
And tip fill it on every Thursday to maximise discount as I get 150 worth fuel free every month after gaining points.
