Slavia window glass rolling issue

Hi Yudhveer! Probable cause can be the motor wire or the motor itself. If you wana check yourselves, check for videos on YT on how to open the door panel and look for the wire that rolls into a motor. There would be cuts in the metal body of the door (when you remove the plastic panel), you would see the bracket holding the glass. Check if it moves while you press down the button. You would know if the motor is faulty if it doesn't vibrate or make a noise. Get that replaced. Can't think of anything else. Do revert with the findings so that we can work upon it a little bit more. PS- The reach on VAG cars door area is a little tricky so would suggest precaution.
