Picked up my Slavia 1.0 TSI MT (Ambition) back in early 2025, now at 22,000 km, mostly Noida-Gurugram commute with a few Dehradun runs.
The good:
- Ride quality is genuinely a class above the Honda/Hyundai competition, especially on broken NH24 patches.
- 3-cylinder thrum is audible but not unpleasant, settles down nicely post 2000 rpm.
- ARAI claims ~19 kmpl, I am averaging 15.8 in mixed city/highway which I will take.
The not-so-good:
- No rear wiper is still baffling on a car this price.
- Road/tyre noise on the stock MRFs is more than I expected at 100+.
- First service felt rushed at the Noida dealership, had to go back for a rattling door panel.
Anyone else on the 1.0 crossed 20k? Curious how the DSG variants are holding up on service costs.
