I don't have any idea on polo, but kylaq gives great driving pleasure but only if roads are not so crowded.
Buy skoda superb 2.0 tdi dsg 2014 model for 8.5 lakhs . It's very reliable car .
Got a 1.8TSI superb 2012 for 1.75 Lacs. 44k kms driven genuine with record. Not even a single issue.
I dont know about polo but my kylaq signature + AT give , 13-14 kms in proper city traffic , but if u are driving more short distances sucha as 2-3 kms only then it falls to 8-9 kmpl
polo gt 1.2 dsg you can get for 7 lakhs bro ... its better than kylaq in performence both engine and gearbox is better than kylaq ...... so my pick is polo gt for around 6-7 lakh budget...
Go for kylaq. More practical with same power and with warranty you will be stress free.
If the priority is practicality + low stress, pick the Kylaq.
If the priority is driving enjoyment + you trust the condition completely, the Polo can be tempting, but it’s the riskier buy.
If the Polo GT TSI is equipped with a TC gearbox then go for it, if you have to drive in Gurgaon Traffic while the Kylaq will offer you more Ground clearance while driving through rain flooded areas & has a more supple ride. Polo GT is based on the PQ platform & can be modded heavily later on.
If Polo GT 1.2 then negotiate and go for it .. else Kylaq…
Negotiate with the polo owner 9.5 is very much high and if it works then its a great deal My estimate is it should cost 8.5
Both have 1L engine, it's better to go with New Kylaq since polo price are too much inflated
Used polo gt 1.2 tsi dsg is better than buying kylaq clasic base model
If you have been a user of old german car before 2020, you have to go for polo as kylaq will not satisfy you 100%, There are 3 compromises
Kylaq comes with torque converter and value for money as well. Torque converters are better in city traffic (Specially VAG groups'), as they are fluid driven and there is no clutch plate involved. Also, Parts' are cheaper than polo and easier to maintain with extended warranty. However there are 2 compromises
