My Kodiaq has this issue and so do two other owners, one Kodiaq and one Tayron.
The rubber of the door rubs against the metal frame makes noise like you rub your finger against baloons...ive found a solution but it requires regular lube..
The other Kodiaq owner got tape applied on the frame of the door..so the rubber doesn't touch the metal...it seems to have worked well of 6 months...the official service center did this taping.
Anyone else facing this in the new Kodiaq, Tayron, Octavia???

Which city are you from? I have observed that it happens in my car as well when I am in Chennai. But when I am in Bangalore it does not happen.
Only viable solution I have found is applying WD40 regularly.
Suhas i advise against the WD40, as its petroleum based and works only temporarily but dries out and damages the rubber permanently.
I am from Mumbai, I have bought Silicone spray by Michellin...ill poat updates.
Are you positive about the source of the noise? It does happen due to temp changes, weather too. Only viable option is to apply silicon based rubber conditioner/lube.
And i would strictly vote against WD40 or any petroleum based lube as it degrades the rubber in longer run.
