It used to be normal during monsoon earlier, but with the tech of today its not common for a 6 month new car to have this condensation, it means either something is wrong with the ventilation or the headlight assembly is compromised. You should raise a complaint with skoda they should and hopefully would resolve the issue
My 20 days old kylaq is also having this similar problem. It started just after 2 days of buying kylaq. The service guy said it was normal. I don't know what to do.

i had same issue with virtus , but then i got resolved and never happened.
Reseal the headlight housing using rtv silicon sealant.

It's normal in the monsoon season. It's warm humid air inside and when it rains or we wash the car, the condensation is normal even if the modern cars have breather vents. Turn ON the lights for a while and it will go away, definitely would take more time (30 mins may be) as we have LED Lamps now than the Halogen.
If it forms good amount of water droplets and water pooling occurs, you should then get it checked, otherwise all good.
Same issue on my kushaq 2026, i asked service advisor he says its normal, but i am still not sure

I am also facing the same issue with my new Kushaq. Observed on the forst day of purchase. Service adviser mentioned this is common for all Skoda vehicles.

Honestly it is actually physics at work due to temperature difference the condensation is happening, faced the same issue, you tha use roof gap sealing tape to seal the headlight borders but there are vents for hot air if you plug them then they might melt due to high temps, there is no direct solution for this
Same issue in my virtus gt. 8 days after delivery in 1st wash. I am facing same moisture issue.

Same issue with my skoda kylaq signature which is only 6 months old and it happens only after heavy rains, So not sure that's normal or not Lemme know
