Clutch judder in first gear, DQ200 owners please read

Noticing a slight judder specifically in first gear when moving off gently, smooths out once past 10 kmph. Second gear onward is fine. Car is a Vento TSI DSG, 25000 km, still under warranty. Is this the well known DQ200 characteristic or something to get checked immediately?

Classic DQ200 first gear judder, most of us have it to some degree. If it is mild and consistent it is usually considered within spec. If it is getting worse, log a complaint while under warranty so there is a paper trail.

Get it logged now regardless. Even if ASS says it is normal, having the complaint on record helps if it worsens later.
