Boot Space Water logged

Question

Last week I have observed that there was some water (around 1-2Ltr) in my boot space beneath the spare wheel. Initially I thought maybe sometime back water bottle may have leaked which was kept in the boot, but I wasn't sure. Spare wheel was also wet from the bottom. The boot carpet was also wet on a particular area (which supported my thought of water bottle leak from top). I removed the water easily with a cloth and dried it out completely. I am curious to know, has anybody faced this issue and is there something serious with this or not. Also the car has not been through any water logged road.

You have to remove the spare tired from the space and will find a firm hole on which you have tap hard to let out the water

Hey Raunak! I believe your car has a sunroof and would recommend to get the rear drain checked, that's the only way I can think of that the water is logged there.
